Dr. Schell offers refractive eye surgery alongside his expertise in adult and pediatric orbit, lacrimal, and oculofacial plastic surgery. He continues to provide comprehensive ophthalmic services, bringing cutting-edge vision care to Saskatoon.
After spending time between Tisdale and Saskatoon, he moved to Nanaimo for Junior hockey which led to playing NCAA while attaining a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the State University of New York at Geneseo. He continued with medical school and residency in New York, including general surgery at Mount Sinai in Manhattan followed by ophthalmology at Nassau University Medical Center. He has had the pleasure of returning to Canada to train with Drs. Karim Punja and Michael Ashenhurst at the University of Calgary in Orbit & Oculofacial Plastic Surgery.
