Dr . Ravi Nrusimhadevara

Dr. Ravi Nrusimhadevara has been a practicing Ophthalmologist since 1999. He gained his Fellowship from the Royal College and possesses extensive retina surgical experience. He has been practicing in Saskatchewan since 2004. In 2012, he opened the Saskatoon Eye Surgeons clinic with an emphasis on diseases of the retina and advanced cataract surgery. In 2013, he expanded his interests to include refractive surgery, specializing in the industry-forward SMILE procedure, as well as LASIK, PRK and Refractive Lens Exchange. He has performed thousands of procedures in both retina and refractive disciplines.
Dr. Ravi holds an academic appointment with the University of Saskatchewan as Clinical Assistant Professor in Ophthalmology. He is actively involved in training residents and medical students. Along with his practical teaching he has contributed to textbooks, journal articles, and various national and international meetings. His memberships include the Canadian Ophthalmological Society, American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Retinal Specialists, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
Dr. Ravi is a skilled ophthalmologist with a passion for computer science and solid-state electronics. In his leisure time, he likes to stay active and enjoys playing tennis, badminton, and swimming. Despite his hectic schedule, his two sons are his ultimate priority, and he enjoys going on adventures and spending quality time with them.
